Author Talk conversations are private discussions between two individuals. They are not therapy sessions, coaching engagements, counselling relationships, or clinical interventions of any kind. Invictus S.D. is an author, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor. No therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind is formed through any interaction with Infinity House LLC or its products and services.

Author Walks are led by Invictus S.D., who holds an internationally recognised mountain hiking guide certification. Participants are nonetheless required to arrange their own travel and medical insurance — in close coordination with Invictus S.D. — and to confirm their physical fitness is appropriate to their chosen route and duration, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

2.4 No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind regarding outcomes, results, or transformations arising from the use of any product or service. All information on the Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results will vary.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. 3.1 Author Walks

Participation in Author Walk programmes involves physical activity in outdoor and mountain environments, including pilgrimage routes and extended hiking terrain. The Company accepts no liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, or death arising from participation in any Author Walk. Participants assume all physical risks associated with participation. Separate liability waiver terms apply to Author Walks and are communicated privately to invited participants prior to booking confirmation. Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance prior to any Author Walk.

3.2 Fitness Assessment

By confirming participation in an Author Walk, participants confirm that their physical fitness is appropriate to the duration and terrain of their chosen walk. The Company reserves the right to adapt any walk to match the participant’s physical capacity as assessed on the day. Participants who have any medical condition relevant to physical exertion are required to inform the author prior to the commencement of any walk.

4. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

The information given by the Service is for general guidance on matters of interest only. Even if the Company takes every precaution to ensure that the content of the Service is both current and accurate, errors can occur. Given the changing nature of laws, rules, and regulations, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information contained on the Service. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. The Company does not warrant that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
