Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services and products offered by Infinity House LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with registered address at 30 N Gould St #54710, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Infinity House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a product, submitting an application, or using any service offered by Infinity House LLC, you (“the Customer,” “Member,” or “Applicant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s own terms and conditions apply to all payment transactions in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
1. AUTHOR TALKS — SERVICE TERMS
1.1 Nature of Service
Author Talks are private, one-on-one audio conversations between the Customer and Invictus S.D., the author of the Inner Narcissist Trilogy, published by Infinity House LLC. Author Talks are not therapy, coaching, medical consultations, legal advice, or financial advice. They are private conversations between two individuals. Infinity House LLC makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or transformation as a result of participating in an Author Talk.
1.2 Application & Approval
Access to Author Talks is by application only. Submission of an application does not constitute a contract or guarantee of acceptance. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. An approval notification and payment link will be sent to the email address provided by the Applicant. The payment link is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in the application being treated as withdrawn and the slot released.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price applicable to a Customer is the price confirmed at the time of their approved application.
1.4 Scheduling
Following confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive a booking link to select a conversation date. Conversations are available for scheduling a minimum of one (1) calendar month from the date of payment confirmation. Emergency Access conversations are scheduled within five (5) business days of payment confirmation. Scheduling is subject to availability. Infinity House LLC does not guarantee specific dates or times.
1.5 Rescheduling
The Customer is entitled to one (1) reschedule per booked conversation, provided that written notice is given no less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests received less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the conversation slot and the full payment. Emergency Access conversations cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances.
1.6 Refund Policy
A full refund is available within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, regardless of whether a conversation date has been scheduled, provided the conversation has not yet taken place. After fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, whether or not a conversation date has been confirmed or scheduled. If Infinity House LLC cancels a confirmed conversation within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled date, the Customer may choose either: (a) a full refund of the amount paid; or (b) a donation of the full amount paid to Infinity House LLC’s supported charitable causes, a rescheduled conversation within five (5) business days, and one additional Author Talk conversation for a different book of the Customer’s choice at no extra cost. The additional conversation is subject to slot availability and may require scheduling in a future calendar year. The Customer must notify Infinity House LLC of their chosen option within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice. Failure to notify within this period will result in a full refund being issued automatically.
1.7 Confidentiality
All Author Talk conversations are strictly confidential. No recordings are made or kept by either party. No notes from the conversation will be shared with any third party. The content of any Author Talk conversation will not be used in any publication, case study, marketing material, or other public communication without the explicit written consent of the Customer. Infinity House LLC does not require Customers to provide their real name and respects the anonymity of all participants.
1.8 Donations
10% of every Author Talk fee is donated by Infinity House LLC to organisations supporting child protection and trauma recovery. The full fee of every Emergency Access conversation is donated in its entirety to the same causes. 10% of all book sales is donated to the same causes; individual donation confirmation is not issued for book purchases. Donations are made voluntarily by Infinity House LLC at its sole discretion. Written confirmation of the specific donation made from the Customer’s Author Talk conversation will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the conversation date. Infinity House LLC is under no legal obligation to donate any specific amount and the donation commitment does not form part of any contractual obligation to the Customer.
1.9 Slot Availability & Waitlist
Author Talks are limited to twenty-four (24) conversation slots per calendar year across all conversation types. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following payment confirmation. If all slots for the current calendar year are filled at the time of an approved application, the Applicant will be offered a position on the waitlist for the following calendar year. Waitlist positions do not constitute a binding commitment by either party.
1.10 Language
All Author Talk conversations are conducted exclusively in English.
2. INNER CIRCLE — MEMBERSHIP TERMS
2.1 Nature of Service
The Inner Circle is a private, moderated online community for men who have read one or more books of the Inner Narcissist Trilogy. It is not therapy, coaching, a medical service, or a support group. Infinity House LLC makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or transformation as a result of Inner Circle membership. Participation is at the sole risk of the Member.
2.2 Eligibility
The Inner Circle is currently open to men only. Applicants must have read at least the opening chapter of the relevant book for the tier they are applying to. Applicants must complete the NPI-40 (Narcissistic Personality Inventory) test prior to application and provide their total score as part of the application. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.
2.3 Application & Approval
Access to the Inner Circle is by application only. Submission of an application does not constitute a contract or guarantee of acceptance. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Applications are reviewed personally by Invictus S.D. within five (5) to seven (7) business days. An approval notification and payment link will be sent to the email address provided. The payment link is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.
2.4 Membership Tiers
The Inner Circle currently offers three membership tiers: The Inner Foundation, The Inner Executive (which includes The Inner Foundation), and The Full Circle (which includes all three groups). Access to The Inner Executive requires active participation in The Inner Foundation. The Inside-Out Connection group within The Full Circle tier will become available upon the release of Book 3 of the Inner Narcissist Trilogy. Members who purchase The Full Circle before Book 3’s release will be granted access to The Inside-Out Connection at no additional cost upon its launch.
2.5 Pricing & Payment
All memberships are prepaid in full for the chosen duration (six months or twelve months) at the time of payment confirmation. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to a Member is the price confirmed at the time of their approved application. Founding Member pricing for The Full Circle tier is available until the release of Book 3, after which standard pricing applies to all new applications.
2.6 Minimum Commitment & Probation Period
All memberships carry a minimum commitment of six (6) months, paid in full upfront. The first calendar month of any membership constitutes a probation period for both parties. During the probation period, either the Member or Infinity House LLC may terminate the membership. In the event of termination during the probation period, the Member will be refunded the full amount paid minus the fee equivalent to one (1) month of membership at the applicable monthly rate. Following the probation period, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by the Member, removal by Infinity House LLC, or failure to participate.
2.7 Membership Rules & Conduct
Members agree to comply with the following rules at all times:
(a) No use of real names, company names, or identifying information within the community;
(b) No photographic profile pictures;
(c) No video during online sessions;
(d) No networking, self-promotion, or solicitation of any kind;
(e) Active participation is required — lurking or spectating without contribution will result in membership termination without refund after the probation period;
(f) A minimum of two to three (2–3) hours per week of online participation is expected;
(g) All content shared within the community is strictly confidential and may not be reproduced, shared, or referenced outside the community in any form.
Infinity House LLC reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for violation of these rules. Termination after the probation period does not entitle the Member to any refund.
2.8 Confidentiality Agreement
Upon acceptance into the Inner Circle, each Member will be required to sign a binding confidentiality agreement prior to being granted access. The confidentiality agreement prohibits the disclosure of any information shared within the community, including but not limited to the identities of other members (to the extent known), personal disclosures made by members, and the content of any community discussions. Breach of the confidentiality agreement may result in immediate membership termination and legal action by Infinity House LLC.
2.9 Renewal
Membership does not renew automatically. At the conclusion of each membership period, Members who wish to continue must submit a renewal application. Renewal is subject to review of the Member’s participation, compliance with community rules, and active engagement during the preceding membership period. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to decline renewal at its sole discretion. Renewal pricing will be communicated at the time of the renewal application.
2.10 Accountability Partner
The Full Circle twelve (12) month membership includes one (1) additional membership seat for an accountability partner nominated by the Member. The accountability partner must submit their own application, meet all eligibility requirements, complete the NPI-40 test, and be approved by Infinity House LLC independently. The accountability partner is subject to all membership rules and terms on an equal basis. If the accountability partner’s membership is terminated for any reason, the nominating Member’s membership will also be terminated with immediate effect. No refund will be issued to either party following the probation period in such circumstances.
2.11 Live Retreats
Annual live retreat events are available to Members who have completed one (1) twelve-month membership or two (2) consecutive six-month memberships. Retreat participation is subject to a fitness baseline requirement, which will be communicated in advance of each event. Additional costs apply for retreat attendance, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and event fees. Retreat dates, locations, and costs will be communicated exclusively to eligible members. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any retreat event at its discretion. In the event of cancellation by Infinity House LLC, retreat fees paid will be refunded in full. Members who cancel their retreat participation within thirty (30) calendar days of the event date will forfeit any retreat fees paid.
2.12 Referral Program
The referral program is available exclusively to active Full Circle twelve (12) month members in good standing. Referral rewards are paid only after the referred new member has completed the one (1) month probation period and remains an active member. The referring Member may choose either a cash reward of USD $200 or a renewal credit of USD $300. Renewal credits are non-transferable and expire thirty (30) calendar days after the referring Member’s renewal date. New members referred under the program are entitled to a discount of USD $200 on their first Full Circle annual membership. Referral rewards apply only to new Full Circle annual memberships. One referral reward per new member. Infinity House LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
2.13 Circle Holder Path
Members who have completed one (1) year of continuous membership and have participated in at least one (1) live retreat event may apply to become a Circle Holder. Circle Holders serve as mentors and facilitators within the Inner Circle community. Circle Holder status is granted at the sole discretion of Infinity House LLC. Circle Holders are not employees, contractors, or agents of Infinity House LLC. Circle Holders have their membership fees waived and attend live retreat events at no cost for the duration of their active Circle Holder status. Circle Holder status may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Infinity House LLC.
3. ONLINE EBOOK SALES
3.1 Products
Infinity House LLC sells digital products including ebooks and bonus materials through innernarcissist.com. All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped through this website. Paperback editions are available exclusively through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
3.2 Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is made within twenty-four (24) hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your digital product within twenty-four (24) hours, please check your spam folder before contacting office@infinityhouse.org.
3.3 Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased product, please contact office@infinityhouse.org within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
3.4 Intellectual Property
All ebooks and digital content sold by Infinity House LLC are protected by copyright. Purchase of a digital product grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the content for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of any purchased digital content in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3.5 Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. AUTHOR WALKS — SERVICE TERMS
4.1 Eligibility
Participation in an Author Walk requires prior completion of at least one paid Author Talk with Invictus S.D. Completion of an Author Talk does not constitute an entitlement to, or guarantee of, an Author Walk invitation. The decision to extend an Author Walk invitation rests entirely with the author and is made at his sole discretion, based on readiness, chemistry, and alignment as assessed through the Author Talk. There is no application process for Author Walks. Invitations are extended privately when and if appropriate.
4.2 Booking Process
Following an author-initiated invitation, the participant completes a separate application addressing route preference, duration, availability, fitness level, and mountain or long-distance hiking experience. Approval of this application is not automatic. If approved, a Paddle payment link is issued, valid for seven (7) calendar days. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A minimum advance notice of six (6) weeks is required for all Author Walks.
4.3 Seasons & Availability
Author Walks take place during two annual windows: April through June, and September through October. A maximum of five (5) slots are available per year. Priority is given to longer-duration walks. Availability of shorter-duration walks depends on remaining capacity after longer bookings are confirmed. Walks are not available outside these seasonal windows under any circumstances.
4.4 Pricing & Author Talk Credit
Current pricing for Author Walks is published at innernarcissist.com/authorwalks. For walks of 1 to 3 days, 50% of the Author Talk fee previously paid is credited toward the walk investment. For walks of 4 or more days, 100% of the Author Talk fee previously paid is credited. The credit is applied to the Author Talk fee most recently paid prior to the walk booking. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4.5 Travel & Accommodation
The Author Walk fee covers the walk itself only. All travel to and from the route, all accommodation, all meals, and all associated personal costs are the sole responsibility of the participant. Infinity House LLC accepts no liability for travel arrangements, accommodation, or any costs incurred in connection with participation in an Author Walk.
4.6 Physical Requirements
By confirming a booking, participants confirm that their physical fitness is appropriate to the duration and terrain of their chosen walk. For walks of more than three (3) days, a meaningful fitness baseline is required. The author reserves the right to adapt the route, pace, or daily distance of any walk to match the participant’s physical capacity as assessed on the day. Such adaptations are made in service of the participant’s experience, not as a limitation of it. Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance, including emergency medical and evacuation cover. Infinity House LLC provides no medical cover and accepts no liability for health-related incidents during an Author Walk.
4.7 Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation more than sixty (60) calendar days before the confirmed commencement date entitles the participant to a full refund. Cancellation between thirty (30) and sixty (60) calendar days before commencement entitles the participant to a 50% refund. Cancellation less than thirty (30) calendar days before commencement, or after the walk has commenced, entitles the participant to no refund under any circumstances. In all cancellation scenarios, 10% of the original walk fee is retained by Infinity House LLC and donated to its supported charitable causes. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive cancellation insurance prior to booking, covering non-refundable travel and accommodation costs. If the walk has commenced and the participant withdraws mid-route, no refund is available.
4.8 Cancellation by the Author
If Invictus S.D. cancels a confirmed Author Walk within thirty (30) calendar days of the confirmed commencement date, the participant is entitled to: (a) a full refund of the walk fee; (b) reimbursement of documented cancellation fees incurred on flight and accommodation bookings directly attributable to the cancelled walk. Participants are required to book fully flexible or fully refundable flights and accommodation wherever available, such that only genuine cancellation fees — not full fare or room costs — are exposed. Infinity House LLC will not reimburse costs arising from non-flexible or non-refundable bookings where a flexible alternative was reasonably available at the time of booking; and (c) a 20% discount on a rebooking of the same walk duration, to be scheduled by mutual agreement within the available seasonal windows. The 10% donation applicable to the original walk fee is calculated on the standard price and is not affected by the rebooking discount. If cancellation occurs after commencement due to circumstances within the author’s control, a pro-rata refund for uncompleted days will be issued. Infinity House LLC accepts no liability for travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellations made more than thirty (30) calendar days before commencement.
4.9 Confidentiality & Anonymity
The same mutual confidentiality principles that apply to Author Talks apply to Author Walks. Neither party discloses the identity of the other, the content of conversations on the route, or the fact of participation to any third party, without explicit written consent. The author operates under a pen name and requests that participants respect this anonymity in any context.
4.10 Additional Terms & Waiver
Author Walks carry additional terms and a liability waiver covering fitness requirements, alcohol consumption, use of electronic devices, emergency contact arrangements, and related matters. These are shared privately with those who are invited to apply following an Author Talk. Participation is conditional on the acceptance of those terms in full prior to booking confirmation.
5. SERVING OTHERS — DONATIONS & GIVING COMMITMENT
5.1 Commitment
Infinity House LLC commits to directing 10% of gross revenue from all offerings — including book sales, Author Talks, Author Walks, and Inner Circle memberships — toward organisations working in child protection and trauma recovery. This commitment is standing and unconditional. It does not depend on profitability.
5.2 Emergency Access
The Emergency Access fee for Author Talks is donated in full to the same causes upon receipt.
5.3 Allocation & Independence
No formal partnership agreements are in place with any recipient organisation. Allocations are made at the discretion of Infinity House LLC, based on operational need and the author’s assessment of where funds are most effective at the time of donation. This structure is maintained intentionally to preserve allocation flexibility and independence.
5.4 Participant Direction
Participants in Author Talks, Inner Circle, and Author Walks are invited to indicate a preferred area of allocation at the time of their programme. This preference is taken into account but does not constitute a binding instruction. Final allocation decisions rest with Infinity House LLC.
5.5 Confirmation & Transparency
Participants in Author Talks, Author Walks, and the Inner Circle each receive individual written confirmation of where the 10% donation from their session or membership was directed, within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant payment. Book sales are exempt from individual donation confirmation; the 10% derived from book sales is donated in bulk on a periodic basis to simplify administration. No public accounting is published. The commitment is private in its execution and non-negotiable in its application.
5.6 Legal Status
Infinity House LLC is under no legal obligation to donate any specific amount. The donation commitment does not form part of any contractual obligation to the Customer or Member. Further information is available at innernarcissist.com/sendme.
6. GENERAL — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
6.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any product or service provided by Infinity House LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States of America. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress, arising from or in connection with any product or service provided by Infinity House LLC. The total liability of Infinity House LLC to any Customer or Member shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Customer or Member to Infinity House LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6.4 Disclaimer
All products and services offered by Infinity House LLC are provided for informational and personal development purposes only. Nothing provided by Infinity House LLC constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Customers and Members are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. Infinity House LLC strongly recommends consulting qualified professionals for medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters.
6.5 Amendments
Infinity House LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published at innernarcissist.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of any product or service following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
6.6 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
6.7 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable privacy policy and cookie policy published at innernarcissist.com, constitute the entire agreement between Infinity House LLC and the Customer or Member with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
