How it works.
Anonymous
No real names. No company names. No LinkedIn profiles. No photographic profile pictures. No video during calls. You pick a nickname. That’s how you’re known. Anonymity creates the container where truth becomes possible. You only meet face-to-face at the annual live events.
NPI-40 Entry Requirement
Before you join, you take the Narcissistic Personality Inventory Test. You share your score not only in the application form, but also with the group once you join. This isn’t about diagnosis. It’s about shared vulnerability. Everyone walks in exposed. Your NPI score is your introduction — not your resume, not your achievements. You can take the test here now.
Foundation First
You cannot access The Inner Executive without The Inner Foundation. Executives who “just want to fix the business stuff” don’t get to skip the personal work. There are no business problems. Only Being problems.
Author-Moderated
I facilitate both the online circle and live events. Not as a guru. Not as someone who has it all figured out. As a fellow traveler. My NPI score is visible like everyone else’s. I face the same challenges. Deal with the same wound trying to reassert control. The only difference is I’ve been at it longer.
Participation Required
Lurking gets you removed. Spectating gets you removed. This only works if men show up and do the work. Plan for a minimum of 2-3 hours per week for online participation, plus additional time for practices and integration work.
Confidentiality — Legally Binding
All members sign a binding confidentiality agreement upon joining. What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Men are sharing their deepest wounds — things they’ve never told their wives. If you betray that trust: you will be removed and sued.
Renewal By Application
When your 6 or 12 months end, you don’t automatically renew. You complete a renewal application. We review your participation, your rule compliance, your active engagement. You earn your continued place through how you showed up.
The commitment.
Real change takes time. The wound wants quick fixes. We don’t offer them.
Six months minimum. That’s the commitment. Not because we want your money for six months. Because transformation doesn’t happen in thirty days, no matter what the wound wants to believe. You’re committing to the process, not just the payment.
Your membership is prepaid. Six months or twelve months — paid upfront. The first month is a trial period for both sides.
If it’s not right for you — wrong timing, not ready, not a fit — you can exit within the first month. The remaining five months will be refunded. No questions. No strings. No hard feelings.

Two annual retreat locations: Europe and South America. Both in the mountains. Both designed to challenge you to the maximum — physically and psychologically.
These aren’t picked for convenience. They’re picked for the challenging environment they offer. Small number of participants per event. This isn’t a conference. This isn’t a workshop. It’s a mirror. The same anonymity rules apply. No phones. No recordings. No social media. No real names.
For public figures, celebrities, or those with security concerns — it is possible to request wearing a breathable full-face balaclava. If one participant requests this, every participant wears one for the full duration. No exceptions. Any masking request must be communicated 30 days in advance.
A fitness baseline is required for live event participation. You won’t be judged for your bodily state when you join. You’re welcome as you are. But you will be held accountable to put in the work to get your body into shape. Being enduring and strong is the prerequisite to attend.
