1. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply throughout this Privacy Policy:

2. WHO WE ARE

2.1 Data Controller

The Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data is Infinity House LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with registered address at 30 N Gould St #54710, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: office@infinityhouse.org

2.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Where applicable, we comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.

3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

3.1 Data You Provide Directly

We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide when submitting forms on our website. Depending on the form, this may include:

(a) Email address — collected via all forms;

(b) First name — collected on application forms;

(c) Phone number — collected on forms where emergency contact or direct communication is required, including Author Walk applications;

(d) Application responses — professional background, book choice, and related fields submitted via Author Talks, Author Walks, Inner Circle, ARC, and Podcast Waitlist applications;

(e) NPI-40 score — the total score from the Narcissistic Personality Inventory self-assessment, submitted voluntarily as part of Author Talk, Author Walk, and Inner Circle applications. See clause 3.2 for specific handling of this data;

(f) GDPR consent confirmation — recorded at the time of form submission.

We do not collect payment card details, billing addresses, or financial information. All payment data is collected and processed exclusively by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. We do not have access to your payment card information at any point.

3.2 NPI-40 Assessment Data

The NPI-40 score is submitted voluntarily and is linked to the applicant’s email address but not to a verified real name. This data is treated as pseudonymous Personal Data. Under GDPR, an email address constitutes Personal Data regardless of whether a real name is attached. The NPI-40 score is used solely to assess application suitability. It is not shared with any third party and is not used for any other purpose. It is retained and deleted in accordance with the schedule in Section 4.

3.3 Usage Data

We may collect anonymised Usage Data about how visitors interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and time spent on pages. This data is used for website performance analysis and improvement, and to support advertising campaign optimisation. See Section 6 for details of analytics and advertising service providers.

3.4 Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and to hold certain information. Other tracking technologies including beacons, tags, and scripts are also used to collect and track information and to improve and analyse the Service. Cookie categories include:

Session Cookies — used to operate the Service;

Preference Cookies — used to remember your preferences and settings;

Security Cookies — used for security purposes;

Advertising Cookies — used to support Google, Meta, and Amazon advertising campaigns.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service may not function correctly. Cookie consent is managed via Complianz. Non-essential cookies are only activated upon your consent. Our full Cookie Policy is available at innernarcissist.com/cookiepolicy.

4. DATA RETENTION

4.1 Active Engagements

Personal Data relating to active customers and members is retained for the duration of the engagement — being the Author Talk, Author Walk, or Inner Circle membership period — or for the minimum period required by applicable law, whichever is longer. For financial and tax compliance purposes, transaction-related data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date.

4.2 NPI-40 Data

NPI-40 scores are retained for the duration of the relevant engagement only. For declined applications, NPI-40 data is deleted within thirty (30) calendar days of the application decision. NPI-40 data is never retained beyond the end of the relevant engagement without explicit consent.

4.3 Declined Applications

Non-NPI-40 Personal Data submitted as part of declined applications is retained for twelve (12) months from the date of the application decision, after which it is permanently deleted.

4.4 Email Subscribers

Email subscriber data is retained for as long as the subscription remains active. Upon unsubscribe, data is removed from active marketing lists within thirty (30) calendar days. Suppression records may be retained to prevent re-subscription in error.

4.5 Usage Data

Anonymised website Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period than Personal Data. Usage Data is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months for analytical purposes, except where retention for longer periods is required to strengthen security or improve the functionality of the Service, or where we are legally obligated to retain it for longer.
